After seeing the shocking mismanagement of Femdom and fetish creators' accounts by multiple OFM agencies, and witnessing firsthand the damage that could be done to carefully built fan relationships, Lilith recognized a need for specialized management built from genuine understanding of the niche.

Her experience on both sides of the agency relationship gives her an an incredibly rare and well-rounded insider's perspective. She understands the process of creating high quality content, the importance of a creator's voice and boundaries being preserved, the care needed for high-value fans, and the level of nuance required to represent a niche creator in the most authentic way possible.

Goddess Lilith is a longtime Professional and Lifestyle Dominatrix, Femdom creator, entrepreneur, educator, author, public speaker, and lifestyle event Hostess, with 27 years of experience in the adult industry under her belt. She has built successful creator brands, cultivated long-term fan relationships, worked directly in fan engagement and sales, and experienced the creator-agency relationship from both sides.

Inducted into the BDSM Hall of Fame in May 2026, Goddess Lilith is also the founder of the Exalted Femdom parties and Creator Summit, as well as The Femdom Awards.

With specialized training in high-level fan engagement and sales, experience as a chatter for some of the largest leading American and European agencies in the world, along with years of firsthand experience navigating the creator economy, she has seen what works — and what can go very wrong — when an agency does not understand the audience it is serving.

The Team

Goddess Lilith personally trains and oversees the Vantrix team in the strategies and techniques that drive both revenue and long-term fan retention. She knows how to teach these techniques, implement them, and hold the team to a high standard of performance and efficiency.
